Frontline Memorial

This memorial once included a T-34/76 turret and marks an important defence line of the Soviet defenders of Stalingrad. The inscription on the memorial reads: "Volga flotilla, tankers, sappers and part of the troops of the NKVD of the Stalingrad garrison heroically fought for their life here in August 1942."
