This cemetery contains the graves of Japanese soldiers who fell in the Sino-Japanese War, Russo-Japanese War and the Nomonhan Incident. Field Marshal Yamagata Aritomo served in the Russo-Japanse War. He was also the 3rd and 9th Prime Minister of Japan.
