This square is part of the memorial complex dedicated to the defence of Odessa in 1941. There are a great number of Soviet vehicles, guns and even a Polikarpov I-16 fighter from the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) standing here. This Soviet armoured train stands near the square and is part of the memorial complex dedicated to the defence of Odessa in 1941.
