Memorial General Leclerc

It recalls the charge of the 2nd Armored Division which liberated Strasbourg on November 23, 1944. The terms of the Koufra oath (in 1941, General Leclerc swore not to lay down his arms until the tricolor flag once again flew over Strasbourg Cathedral) are engraved under General Leclerc flanked by two Victoires. The monument took the place of the old Reinhard Fountain.
