Foxholes 393th Infantry Regiment (99th Infantry Division)

At 08.00 h, 16 December 1944 the 277th Volksgrenadier Division assaulted the positions of the 393th Infantry Regiment after a large scale bombardment. Today there are still many foxholes and bomb craters on the current border between Germany and Belgium.
