Fort Pasir Panjang, also known as Labrador Battery, is located within Labrador Park at the southern tip of Singapore Island. It was one of the 11 forts built by the British to protect Singapore. During the Battle of Pasir Panjang, the fort played a supporting role in the defence against the Japanese invasion at Bukit Chandu.
