This Soviet 76mm M 1945 (ZiS-3) field gun are standing on the cemetery of Czaplinek and commemorated the 1,5 hour long battle for Czaplinek on 3 March 1945. The 7th regiment of the Polish 3rd Infantry Division captured the town.
