This museum is dedicated to the local history and exhibists about the history of the former German test base of Kummersdorf. The history of the 3000 hectare test site goes back to the empire in 1875. On this site everything that was needed for all military units, army, navy and aviation and even nuclear research was tested. Some main items are for example; Big Bertha used in WW1 Maus Tank of 188 tons. V2 rocket engines. On the website of the museum you can find a lot about these subjects.
