Benešova Line - Fort Hlucin

The bunker museum Hlucin covers the following independent infantry casemates: MO-S 18 "V obore" (1,2,3) MO-S 19 "V aleji" (4) MO-S 20 "U Orla" (5) These bunkers are belonging to the Czechoslovakian border defence line built between 1935 and 1938. The main task of this line was to protect the country against a German or Hungarian invasion. MO-S 18 and MO-S 19 are fully renovated. Visitors can also exhibit some T-34 tanks standing near the casemates.
