Polderhuis Westkapelle, Dyke and Warmuseum
Zuidstraat 154-156, 4361 AK, Westkapelle
Zeeland, Netherlands, the

The "Polderhuis" where the museum is situated, tells the story of the community Westkapelle. It tell's about the origin of the vilage, the island of Walcheren, its folkrore etc. In addition, much attention is paid to the bombing in October 1944 that caused the dike to break and flood the village, the landing at Westkapelle afterwards in November of that year, etc. So certainly an interesting museum for those interested in World War II.
