This plaque commemorates the fact that Queen Wilhelmina stayed here, on Nieuwe Parklaan 110 in The Hague, just after the Second World War, from 6 September 1945 to 15 April 1946, because she could not return to her own palace. The adjacent houses 112 and 114 housed the staff and the administration.
