The fire boundary in Rotterdam marks the bombing of the city of Rotterdam and the subsequent fire that destroyed the city. Within the fire boundary were approximately 25,000 houses and 11,000 other buildings destroyed. There were 850 killed victims and 80,000 people were left homeless.
