Ankenbuck Concentration Camp

The Ankenbuck concentration camp was established in March 1933 in a former 'Arbeiterkolonie'. The 125 persons who were imprisoned here were forced to work in agriculture and road construction. The camp was closed on 12 March 1934 and the prisoners were deported to the Kislaue concentration camp. [b]The camp today:[/b] Many former camp buildings still exist, but there isn't a single memorial that commemorates the camp's history.
