German War Cemetery Laurahütte

In order to maintain the graves of German soldiers who were killed in Poland in the Second World War, their graves are brought together from hundreds of locations to 13 large German war cemeteries. This started in 1989 and is not ended yet. Laurahütte German war cemetery contains 22,860 graves. Ultimately 40,000 graves will be brought here together.
