This memorial is located on the old cemetery (Stary Cmentarz) of Olkusz and is dedicated to: - The 23nd and 106th Division of the Armia Krajowa (Home Army), which were active in the region during the German occupation. - The inhabitans of Olkusz who fell in Italy, while serving in the 2nd Polish Corps. - The locals who fell in the Polish-Soviet War. - The inhabitans of Olkusz who fought in the 1st and 2nd Polish Army on the Eastern Front, from 1944 to 1945.
