John Frost Bridge

The bridge where at John Frost during operation Market Garden held the lines for a long time. The bridge is bombed by the Allied on 7 October 1944, to predict the reinforcement of the German positions in the Betuwe. After the war, the bridge was rebuild. In the John Frost bridge you can still clearly see bullet and grenade impacts that occurred during the Battle of Arnhem.
