Memorial HMS Hood

This memorial commemorates the 1415 killed crewmembers of the HMS Hood, which was sank by the Bismarck on 24 May 1941. The memorial is located in the St John the Baptist Church in Boldre, where Vice Admiral L.E.Holland CB who was also killed in this action worshipped.
