M4A2 Sherman Tank Hechtel

This M4A2 tank is a memory to all who lost their lives during the Battle of Hechtel. 35 civilians, 92 British soldiers and 124 German soldiers are commemorated here. There is another simular tank in Hechtel that commemorates this. Recently the tank has been moved approximately 50 meters, to accommodate space for a new building.
