Belgian War Graves Beez

The Beez cemetery contains several war graves from the Second World War. -Albert VERFAILLE was part of the Staff Company 63rd Line. Killed in Fressenneville on May 20, 1940 when the freight train transporting the equipment of the 63rd Line to the south of France was hit by French locomotives in the hectic conditions around Abbeville. -Leopold GODEFROID was part of the Transmission Troops, died for the fatherland in Arras (Fr.) on May 19, 1940. -Alexandre LUPSIN: political prisoner, died in Dachau in 1945.
