The cemetery of Leval-Trahegnies contains contains a collective grave of fallen soldiers of the First World War LEFEVRE Louis, Sint-Michiels-Brugge 2 November 1918 LIARD Raoul, Leval-Trahegnies 17 February 1917 MEURANT Camille, Calais (F) 25 October, 1914. There is the grave of Aviator José BLAIRON (1921-1942). He was in the service of the RAF 350 Squadron and was shot down during an air battle above Walcheren (Netherlands) on 9 May 1942. He was rescued at sea by the RAF ASR but died of his wounds. There is also the grave of DELVAL Raoul, resistance fighter - member of the Secret Army, executed by the Germans on 10 July 1944 in Gosselies.
