Weymouth Harbour in Dorset, England. This photo from May 2021 makes a good comparison with the well known photo from World War Two of US army Rangers in the boats just prior to D Day. The Rangers who assaulted the cliffs at Ponte Du Hoc sailed from Weymouth Harbour.
