This monument consists of a propeller blade from a Hurricane. There are two plaques on the pedestal. The inscription reads: THIS MONUMENT IS DEDICATED TO/ ALL MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL AIR FORCE/ OF ALL NATIONALITIES/ WHO SERVED AT/ R.A.F. SUTTON BRIDGE/ FROM 1926 TO 1958/ ESTABLISHED 1 SEPTEMBER 1993.
