Commemorative plaque on the facade of the Bergkapel in Londerzeel in honour of the crew of the Halifax LK883 OW-E. which crashed in Londerzeel on February 2, 1945. There were four survivors F/O J. Howard Black, RCAF F/Sgt Walter "Pat" Berry, RAF F/O William John "Bill" Van Maarion, RCAF F/O Ross H. Doubt, RCAF Four crew members were killed F/O Robert J. Fitzpatrick, RCAF Sgt James H. Jones, RCAF Sgt Kenneth W. Drumm, RCAF Sgt Albert C. Jones, RAF They are buried in the Brussels Town Cemetery
