77 Chester Square, SW1W 9DY, London
Greater London, England

Until October 1940, the Dutch royal family lived in this house and Prince Bernhard had his office here. The building was hit by a bomb in April 1941. There was an air raid shelter in the garden. The garden house was used to make plans for "Contact Holland", which was supervised by Prince Bernhard. The house was guarded by the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee.
