The Hermeskeil Air Museum is the largest private air museum in Europe, with over 100 aircraft. Most aircraft are post-war, but there are also several interesting aircraft from World War II like the Heinkel HE111, the Messerschmitt BF108 Taifun and several other planes and engines.
