The monument is located in the forest, a small pillar points to its direction. The monument itself consists of 2 concert pillars with a plaque in Lithuanian and in Yiddish confirmed on them. The text on the plaque reads as follows: The blood of approximately 10.000 Jews (children, women and men) Lithuanian citizens and prisoners of war from different country's was spilled here. They were brutally murdered by Nazi executioners and their aids in the months VII-VIII 1941.
