This memorial at the Northiam Playing Field commemorates the visit of four prime ministers to the troops before D-Day. These were: Winston S. Churchill (United Kingdom) Mackenzie King (Canada) Field Marshal Jan Christian Smuts (South Africa) Sir Godfrey M. Huggins (Southern Rhodesia)
