Bärenhöhle - German Bunker

Huge German bunker the forest. On the area around remained the same structure in the village Gnezdovo. Bärenhöhle This underground bunker complex and army headquarters was built from October 1941 to August 1942 on a site which was previously used by the Red Army. According to sources, Adolf Hitler personally visited the Berenhalle in November 1941 and 13 March 1943. In the end, Hitler never used Bärenhöhle and only the staff of Heeresgruppe Mitte used the complex.
